In 1996, I started woodworking in Mel Bostwick’s garage across the street from my house. My first tools were hand me down or purchased used at the time. Two years later, My wife and I built a garage on our property which quickly transformed from a garage into the work shop that exist today. My first two projects made in Mel’s garage were oak end tables and a black walnut TV stand.
Since then, we have assembled, obtained or purchased premium wood working tools. With these tools we have made multiple different projects. Please visit our gallery to see photo’s of some of our work.
For 26 years, we have purchased our wood from a local sawmill – Whitemans’s Lumber and Speciality Hardwoods. Whiteman’s is well known for their pristine quality. Their white pine and hardwoods are the primary products we saw, carve and laser cut. The key to a great project is to start with a great product.
We continue to explore the diversity of merging traditional woodworking with modern CNC designs.
