Many clients come to us with a vision of an idea. We take their ideas and we start the project design, offering a design proof to the customer when appropriate prior to completion.

With the CNC design, laser engraving and wood carving, multiple test cuts are often performed. Each wood species cut, carve and burn differently. To provide an optimal result, test cuts and adjustments are a key step to finality for most projects.

We use two different CNC machines in our workshop. Our smaller CNC machine is set up with a high energy laser cutter. The large CNC machine is set up with a high powered router spindle for wood carving and cutting.

The laser and spindle heads are interchangable on the CNC tables; providing unlimited options for large and small project designs and creation.

The Elm Inn sign is a laser cut project. The Eagles Nest sign is a combination of CNC wood cutting and 3d (2.5d) wood carving. The results are stunning.

Our Photo Ornaments are a favorite for the Holidays. The customer provides a high quality photo headshot and we do the rest, We convert the photo to black and white and then make the appropriate adjustments to achieve an optimal final product. Adjustments are generally made after a test cut prototype is done. The design process may be lengthy, but the results are stunning.
